Step by step

Each mascot is crafted with care, following a precise, proven workflow.

  1. Sketch & design

    Sketch & design

    We start by creating detailed sketches that define the shape, colors and proportions of the costume, and how the performer will be positioned inside.

    This ensures a final design that’s visually appealing, ergonomic, and feasible to produce.

  2. 3D modeling of the head

    3D modeling of the head

    Once the design is approved, we create a 3D model of the mascot’s head to validate its likability, confirm visibility and comfort for the wearer, and prepare accurate sizing for production.

    This step allows us to fine-tune proportions before sculpting.

  3. Material selection & samples

    Material selection & samples

    We send you fabric and material samples for validation: fur, interior textiles, etc. You remain in control of textures and colors.

  4. Fabrication

    Fabrication

    Depending on your needs and budget, we craft the mascot head using one of two methods: 3D resin printing, for high precision and durability, or foam sculpting, for a lighter, more flexible structure.

  5. Full costume production

    Full costume production

    We assemble the complete mascot using your approved materials. Each costume includes a robust internal structure, custom padding, hand-finished details and comfort features like ventilation.

    Before shipping, we send photos of the final costume for your approval.

How long does it take?

6 to 8 weeks of production once the 3D design is approved, depending on complexity. We also offer an express service if needed.

How well can the performer see and breathe inside the costume?

Our costumes have optimized vision ports and ventilation systems. Using 3D modeling, we test visibility before production to ensure safety and comfort.

How long will the costume last?

With reinforced fabrics and seams, standard costumes are durable. Premium costumes last 5 to 7 years, even with heavy use at games and events.

Can I order multiple copies of the same costume?

Yes, with discounts starting from the second costume.

Can the costume be cleaned?

Yes. The body is machine washable at 30°C (86°F). The head should be dry-cleaned.
